<p>A spout for flexible container pouch and the like comprising a fitment body having an elongated neck section, a sealing portion disposed below said elongated neck section and a snugly-fitted cap member disposed on said elongated neck section; said snugly-fitted cap member comprises a hollow tube body, a depressed portion disposed at the lower portion of said hollow tube body, an annular rib provided on said depressed portion, and an enlarged horizontal flange member disposed on the upper portion of said hollow tube body; said fitment body comprises an elongated opening section that passes through said elongated neck section and sealing portion, plurality of horizontal flange members disposed on the lower portion of said elongated neck section, an inner rib disposed at the upper inner portion of said elongated neck section, a tamper proof seal is provided on said spout wherein said tamper-proof seal is provided with weak line that will break once said enlarged flange member of said snugly-fitted cap member is removed from said elongated neck section.</p> |
