A UE receives a downlink control data from an eNB through a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) including one or more control channel elements (CCE). The UE transmits acknowledgment/negative acknowledgment (ACK/NACK) to the eNB using at least one among a first PUCCH resource which corresponds to an index determined based on first offset data and on the index of a certain CCE in the PDCCH, and is generated using a first cell identification data and a second resource which corresponds to an index determined based on a second offset data and on the index of the certain CCE and is generated using a second cell identification data.
