Disclosed in the present invention are an improved device and method of drying ink on a blanket, and a printing roll system and a pattern printing apparatus having the same. A device of drying ink on a blanket according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a heat generating member for generating heat; an outer shielding member for housing the heat generating member therein, and providing a space in which the heat generated from the heat generating member is transmitted to the ink; and a driving member provided at the lower side of the outer shielding member and moving the outer shielding member to adjust the distance between the heat generating member and the blanket.
