The present invention relates to a mousse cake band and a manufacturing method thereof. The mousse cake band comprises: a sanitary band which surrounds the outer circumference of a baking product in order to maintain the shape of the baking product; and a paper band which is attached to the external surface of the sanitary band by being formed variously on the external surface of the sanitary band, and is made of a paper material in order to prevent winkles of the sanitary band at the time of attachment. Unlike the conventional technologies, the paper band is attached to the sanitary band, which surrounds the baking product, by an adhesive. Therefore, the mousse cake band can prevent winkles of the sanitary band made of a plastic material by making the paper band absorb moisture of the adhesive, and can save manufacturing costs compared to the conventional stickers by embossing various patterns using paper. |
