A semiconductor integrated circuit according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a sensing and amplifying unit which includes pull-up/pull-down power lines and senses and amplifies data loaded on a differential data line pair; a pull-up power line driving unit which supplies pull-up power to a pull-up power line in response to a driving control signal; and a driving control signal generating unit which generates a driving control signal to maintain a first activation level for an over driving section and to maintain a second activation level which is different from the first activation level for a normal driving section. |
