The present invention relates to a technology which enables convenient editing of a table-type document on a mobile terminal and more specifically, to a technology capable of improving the convenience of editing of a table-type document by, when an event that a user selects a certain cell in a table-type document is detected on a mobile terminal, adaptively enlarging and displaying the table editing screen focusing on the selected cell. According to the present invention, when a certain area (cell) is selected during the writing/editing of an excel document on a mobile terminal, the selected area is enlarged so that a user can easily check the information in the selected area. Also, if the user wants to update the data in the selected area, the user is able to perform the update of the data in consideration of the data in the adjacent area on the enlarged screen. Therefore, user convenience in writing/editing an excel document on a mobile terminal with a small-size screen can be improved.
