The invention aims to provide a packing material for rice processed foods which can be cut off by an unsealing mean easily and reliably and can be unsealed by simple cutting. The packing material for rice processed foods comprises an outer thin film and an inner thin film, wherein the outer thin film is formed in a mode capable of being cut in a width direction; and the inner thin film is overlapped with the outer thin film via a lamellar food and is formed in a mode capable of being cut in the direction identical to that of the outer thin film; and the peripheral end parts of the outer thin film and the inner thin film are mutually adhered to cover the lamellar food. The method for packaging the rice processed foods by taking the inner thin film as an inner side is characterized in that in order to cut off the outer thin film in the width direction, the unsealing mean which can cut off the outer thin film at a direction that is vertical to and is crossed with the width direction is provided, the planar shapes of the outer thin film and the inner thin film form a tetragon, and two adjacent corners or four corners at the width direction are provided with gaps. |
