In the present invention, suggested are a piezoelectric device and a piezoelectric speaker including the same. The piezoelectric device includes a vibration inducing layer which is not polarized and at least two piezoelectric layers which are formed on the upper and lower sides of the vibration inducing layer and are polarized and laminated in a thickness direction. The piezoelectric layers are laminated such that the polarization directions are opposite to each other.
