The present invention relates to a head and arm fixing device for radiation treatment, the head and arm fixing device comprising: a headrest on which the head of a patient is disposed and supported; an armrest on which the arm of the patient is disposed and supported so that the position of the arm of the patient is regularly maintained while radiation is irradiated; and a body frame assembled with the headrest and armrest. The length and angle of the armrest can be adjusted by means of a unit assembling unit which can be assembled and dissembled.
