The present invention relates to a rear seat air conditioner for vehicle and, more particularly, to a rear seat air conditioner for vehicle that forms left and right vents of a face vent on both side walls of a discharge housing to separately discharge air in the vehicle to the left and right and installs an actuator for operating a mode door on a side wall of the discharge housing where one of the left and right vents that has relatively low constant pressure (small-sized vent) is located, thereby preventing decrease in air flow rate as the actuator does not block the vent, adjusting distribution and temperature of air by increasing the size of a vent that has a relatively high static pressure, reducing the temperature difference of air to be discharged to the left and right side of the passenger compartment as the air is mixed in the discharge housing and then discharged to the left and right vents, and saving the number of parts and manufacturing costs by controlling opening amount of face and floor vents with the single mode door.
