<p>The invention relates to an iliosacral implant (2) for a spinal osteosynthesis system, comprising a connection element (100) having: a collar (110) with a continuous axial hole (111) through which an anchoring element (10) is intended to pass, and a continuous transverse hole (112) which opens into the axial hole, a receptacle (130) which is secured to the collar and has a receiving seat (131) for a connection rod (3) of the spinal osteosynthesis system, and a retainer (150) which is intended to block the anchoring element in the axial hole of the collar. According to the invention, the retainer has a body (151) which is mounted so as to be movable through the transverse hole of the collar, and a manoeuvring part which is accessible by way of the receiving seat of the receptacle and which allows the body to be moved from a first position, in which it leaves the anchoring element free to move through the axial hole of the collar, to a second position, in which it blocks the anchoring element in the axial hole of the collar.</p> |
