The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring a leakage of an immersed tunnel joint. More specifically, a collecting tube is installed to collect seawater permeated into an omega seal portion between segments and to discharge the seawater. The seawater discharged from the collecting tube can be stored in a reservoir tank, and a leakage status can be checked in real-time at a predetermined period of time using a flowmeter and a solenoid valve. Since the leakage can be measured at every predetermined period of time, the status of leakage can be checked in real-time to prevent in advance the damages to a structure and fatalities caused by the same.
