PURPOSE: A production method of a cereal bar including rice is provided to enable users to intake the cereal bar with nutrition and functionality of various components from the cereal bar. CONSTITUTION: 20-35 wt% of saccharide solution, 5-20 wt% of cereal flakes, 5-15 wt% of fruits, 1-5 wt% of edible fat, 0.1-0.5 wt% of flavoring agent, and 0.5-2.5 wt% of vitamins are mixed. The mixture is firstly aged at 10-15°C for 24-48 hours, and secondly aged at 0-4°C for 12-24 hours to obtain the aged mixture. The aged mixture is molded, and cooled at 0-10°C until the surface temperature of the molded mixture is 10-25°C. The cooled mixture is cut into 5-15 cm. |
