The present invention relates to an inner pot cover for an electronic pressure rice cooker installed in a lid to be detached so as to cover the top of the inner pot. The inner pot cover comprises steam inlet holes punched by press working, and the steam inlet holes are formed to be more concave than the periphery in order not to contact with a user′s hand. Thus, negligent accidents by users are prevented without a work removing a burr generated by the press working while the manufacturing costs are reduced.
