The present invention relates to a forming method for a graphene protecting film having gas and moisture barrier properties, a graphene protecting film manufactured by the method, and a purpose thereof. A single-layer or multi-layer graphene protecting film can be used as a barrier coating material or a bag material and improves the gas and moisture barrier properties of various devices in a wide range of industrial fields, thereby maintaining the electrical characteristics of the device for a long time.
