The present invention relates to a polyamic acid solution, an imidization film and a display device. The present invention discloses a polyamic acid solution having a thermal expansion coefficient of not more than 10 ppm/°C in a temperature range of 50 to 540°C after an imidization film is formed, the imidization film, and a display device having the same. The present invention can provide a display device having excellent thermal stability, proper pliability, and mechanical strength by using such a polyamic acid solution.
