A rotating hair forming tool according to the present invention includes upper and lower handles in which one end is rotationally coupled to each other by a hinge, a rotating forming unit which is rotationally coupled to the other end of the lower handle by a hinge, and a cover unit which is coupled to the other end of the upper handle. The rotating hair forming tool dries and forms hair using the cover unit and rotating forming unit. Therefore, the rotating hair forming tool according to the present invention can easily dry and form the hair through a linear movement thereof, rapidly form the hair by heating and cooling hair, and prevents the hair from being tangled with a brush since the rotating brush moves linearly. |
