PURPOSE: A method for preparing ansamycin glycoside using glycosyltransferase is provided to maintain the activity of an ansamycin compound and to use the compound as an antibiotic, an antifungal agent, an immunosuppressant, an anti-inflammatory agent, or an anticancer agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing ansamycin glycoside using glycosyltransferase comprises a step of transglycosylatio of an ansamycin derivative of chemical formula 1 with the glycosyltransferase. The glycosyltransferase is UDP-glucosyltransferase C(uridine diphosphate-glucosyltransferase C) or UDP-glucosyltransferase E(uridinediphosphate-glucosyltransferase E) derived from Bacillus licheniformis. |
