The present invention relates to a flat display device and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of easily and stably shielding an exposed probe pad by using the insulation property of an anisotropic conductive film. The flat panel display device according to the present invention includes a substrate which includes a power line and a pad part on one side thereof; a probe pad which is electrically connected to an electrode line, wherein an electrode is formed on the pad part; and a film member which is combined with the pad part and shields the probe pad. |
