The present invention relates to a packing structure for an electronic pressure rice cooker installed between a top plate and an inner pot cover installed in the interior of a lid of the electronic pressure rice cooker so as to keep gas tight. The packing structure comprises: a body part inserted in a mounting recess to be installed; an extension part extended for a predetermined length from the body part toward the inner pot cover; and a contact terminal protruding from the end of the extension part towards the inner pot cover so as to touch the inner pot cover, and the contact terminal has a rounded form so that the contact surface is round. Thus, curling or bending of a packing keeping gas tight between the top plate and inner pot cover is prevented, thereby effectively preventing a leakage of steam.
