The present invention relates to a pedal assembly for a bicycle, which has a binder combined with a cleat on the footwear for cycling. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the pedal assembly comprises a pedal main body which rotates on a pedal axis and has both side surfaces capable of supporting the footwear of cycling equipped with a cleat; a pair of inner binders and a pair of outer binders which are installed on the both side surfaces respectively and have a binding unit engaging with the cleat by mutually facing along the axis direction of the pedal axis; at least one rotating pin which support the pair of inner binders and the pair of outer binders to be able to rotate along the axis direction; and elastic members which elastically pushes each binder in a binding direction. Therefore, provided is a pedal assembly for a bicycle, capable of easily and conveniently combining or separating a cleat to or from a binder. |
