The present invention relates to a louver system having forced exhaust and natural ventilation, including a frame forming an installation space therein, a plurality of blades arranged in the frame in a vertical direction, with both lateral ends in a longitudinal direction being coupled to one side of the frame to be able to rotate, a driving member installed at one side of the frame to provide a rotation force, and a transmission member transmitting the rotation force of the driving member to the blades, in which the blades are rotated by the rotation force of the driving member via the transmission member to forcefully discharge the indoor air outwardly. Therefore, since the louver system is configured to forcefully discharge the indoor air, the indoor air can be quickly discharged to the exterior if the indoor is filled with a harmful gas due to fire, or the indoor air is contaminated. Also, since one side of the blade is provided with a shield member shielding a gap between the blades, the air-tightness is improved, so that the outdoor air is more reliably blocked off when the louver system is not used to maintain the indoor temperature in stable. |
