The present invention relates to an intermediate transfer belt and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to an intermediate transfer belt which is characterized by comprising a polyimide resin and a conductive filler, having 90 or more of a 60°-based surface gloss of the surface not being contacted with a mold, and having 40% or less of a coefficient of variation (CV) of the surface gloss calculated by equation 1 by measuring the surface glosses of ten spots in each of the circumferential direction and the width direction, and to a method for manufacturing the same.
