The present invention relates to an optical film for a mobile display. The optical film for a mobile display according to the present invention has an optical layer on at least one surface of a plastic substrate film layer which has synthetic resin particles dispersed on a transparent binder resin. The binder resin is high refractive and has the refractive index of 1.49 or higher. The average diameter of synthetic resin particles is between 1 μm and 5 μm, and two or more types of particles with different diameters are mixed together. Accordingly, the present invention lowers the surface bending and increases the refractive index difference of the binder resin to implement a mobile LCD backlight unit (BLU) with high brightness.
