The jack (200) has two deformable elements (3, 30) mounted between an external face (11) and another external face (12) of a body (101) and two walls (21, 22) of a shaft (25) so as to form a chamber (4) and another chamber (40) inside the jack, respectively. A channel (71) is provided between both the chambers and the contour (105) of the body. A lid (50) is mounted on the latter external face of the body to form an auxiliary chamber (102). Another channel (70) extends from the former external face of the body located outside the former chamber and the auxiliary chamber.
