A motor, a manufacturing method thereof, and a washing machine including the same are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by integrally injection-molding a magnetic pole part of a rotor with a frame. A motor includes a stator(141) and a rotor(151). The rotor has a plurality of magnetic pole parts(163) and a frame(153). The frame supports the magnetic pole part. The magnetic pole part is formed with a cylindrical shape. The magnetic pole part comprises neodymium bond magnet. The magnetic pole part is integrally injection-molded with the frame. The magnetic pole part comprises a magnetic pole center and a magnetic pole surface. The magnetic pole center is protruded toward the stator. The magnetic pole surface is concavely formed from the magnetic pole center to both end parts of the magnetic pole. |
