An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate which includes a plurality of pixel regions, color filters which are provided on each pixel region, a passivation layer which is provided on the color filters, a first electrode which is provided on the passivation layer, a light emitting layer which is provided on the first electrode, and a second electrode which is provided on the light emitting layer. At least part of color filters has an uneven pattern on the upper side thereof.
