摘要 PURPOSE: A method for forming a carbon fiber heating element and a heating sheet is provided to reduce elasticity by immersing pipiroylen carboxylate latex. CONSTITUTION: Three pieces of a complex rayon yarn are formed by twisting the complex rayon yarn in an S direction(S800). A ribbon is formed by using the weft in the complex rayon yarn(S801). The ribbon is carbonized at 200 to 600 degrees centigrade(S803). The carbonized ribbon is thermally processed at high temperatures(S804). The ribbon is divided into fibers by immersing pipiroylen carboxylate latex on the surface of the ribbon(S805).
