PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide salts of HIV inhibitor compounds.SOLUTION: The invention relates to salts of antiviral compounds, a composition containing such salts, a treatment method containing administration of such salts, a process and an intermediate useful for manufacturing such salts. The invention provides stable salts of ethyl N-[(S)-({[(2R,5R)-5-(6-amino-9H-purine-9-yl)-4-fluoro-2,5-dihydrofuran-2-yl]oxy}methyl)phenoxyphosphinoyl]-L-alaninate which is physically more stable, easier to isolate and formulate than a free base type of the compound. |
