<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that is small, can show an excellent performance to each of power sources having voltages of two specifications and is therefore user-friendly.SOLUTION: A motor includes: a rotary unit 20 in which a commutator 22 and a rotor 23 around which a plurality of windings 25 are wounded are fixed to a rotary shaft 26; a field coil (not shown) which is arranged around the rotor 23 and forms a magnetic field; and a carbon brush 32 connecting a power source to the commutator 22. The commutator 22 is provided with a plurality of commutator pieces 21, and the windings 25 are each independently and electrically connected to the commutator pieces 21 while spreading over two of them. The rotary unit 20 includes a change-over junction 27 electrically connecting the windings 25 together via the commutator pieces 21. Since a connection position of each winding 25 can be changed over by the change-over junction 27, a motor (not shown) can be provided which is small and can show an optimum efficiency depending on a different power source voltage.</p> |
