PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter module in which a noise that is superposed on an output voltage is suppressed with higher efficiency.SOLUTION: Lower surface terminals 41-43 are formed on the lower surface of a magnetic material substrate 30. An upper surface electrode is formed on the upper surface of the magnetic material substrate 30. On the upper surface of the magnetic material substrate 30, a control circuit 31 containing a switching element, an input capacitor Ca, and an output capacitor Cb are mounted. Inside the magnetic material substrate 30, a smoothing coil L1 and inductors L2, L3, and L4 leading respectively to the lower surface terminals and the upper surface electrode are configured. The smoothing coil L1 is made from helical conductor. The inductors L2, L3, and L4 are made from a via conductor. The inductors L2, L3, and L4 penetrate vertically relative to the magnetic material substrate 30 at the central part in a winding range of the conductor constituting the smoothing coil L1. |
