PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise impact absorption performance of a bumper beam extension upon off-set collision.SOLUTION: A bumper beam extension 18 is trapezoidal in a plane view and includes a main impact absorbing part 18a in the vehicular width direction inside and sub impact absorbing parts 18b, 18c in the vehicular width direction outside. The main impact absorbing part 18a is aligned in the front-and-rear direction against a body frame 14, and the sub impact absorbing parts 18b, 18c are aligned in the front-and-rear direction against wheels 65. Therefore, even in a case that collision load is input to the vehicular width direction outside of a bumper beam 19 upon narrow off-set collision, the bumper beam extension 18 moves in the front-and-rear direction without inclining, by contacting of the sub impact absorbing parts 18b, 18c to the wheels 65. Thus, both of the main impact absorbing part 18a and the sub impact absorbing parts 18b, 18c are collapsed effectively by collision load input from the bumper beam 19, resulting in raise of impact absorbing effect. |
