<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure type rice cooker capable of boiling at a time a large amount of rice to be boiled with high safety, and suitable especially for business.SOLUTION: A rice cooker includes: a bottomed pressure container with an opening; a body container in which the pressure container is held, and heating means H for heating rice to be boiled in the pressure container is provided; a lid body which closes and seals the openings of the pressure container and the body container; and a lid body lock mechanism which locks the lid body in the body container. The lid body lock mechanism includes a first lock mechanism of locking the lid body in the body container, and a second lock mechanism of locking the lid body in the pressure container. The second lock mechanism has an operation part for engaging a second engaging part with a flange part or releasing the engagement, and an expansion spring body is provided on a part connected between the second engaging part and the operation part.</p> |
