A tubing element used for a heat exchanger is a rigid elongated heat exchanger tubing having at least a first end, a second end, a first side wall and a second side wall. The first side wall and the second side wall are arranged substantially parallel to each other. The distance between the first side wall and the second side wall is considerably smaller than the width of the first and second side walls, resulting in a substantially overall flat tubing structure. The tubing element being at least partially tilted or at least partially tilted and sloped and at least partially helically wound and/or twisted to form at least a part of a helical structure. A heat exchanger, the use of a tubing element, the use of a heat exchanger and the method of manufacturing of a tubing element to manufacture at least partially a heat exchanger are described. |
