PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentration measurement device that has high measurement accuracy, suppressing an individual difference upon manufacturing.SOLUTION: An oxygen concentration measurement device 1 according to the present invention is provided with: a circular column first sensor holding member 31 at one end of a reference gas inflow tube 13 into which reference gas flows; and a circular column second sensor holding member 32 capable of fitted into the first sensor holding member 31, and holding a zirconia element 12. A coupling part 181 of a thermocouple 18 is held in a space 50 formed between the first sensor holding member 31 and the second sensor holding member 32. The first sensor holding member 31 and the second sensor holding member 32 have end surfaces on mutually fitting sides cut out in a V-shape, and the coupling part 181 of the thermocouple 18 is disposed in the space 50 formed by fitting a protruded part of the end surface and the cut-out part thereof into each other. |
