PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone capable of automatically switching an incoming call mode between a manner mode and a normal mode more appropriately depending on the ambient condition of the mobile phone user.SOLUTION: A mobile phone includes: an ambient terminal device detection section 19 to be driven periodically for detecting terminal identification information that identifies other mobile terminals presenting around the mobile phone; a storage section 22 for storing the terminal identification information; an ambient information amount calculation section 20 for calculating information amount that represents the ambient condition of the mobile phone on the basis of past terminal identification information and the terminal identification information acquired this time; and an incoming call switching section 21 for switching the incoming call mode between the manner mode and the normal mode on the basis of the information amount calculated by the ambient information amount calculation section 20. The mobile phone sets itself in the manner mode if there are many units of mobile terminals in the ambient area, and the variation of terminal identification information amount is small. |
