<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically reflect information on a device added to a tenant on a management database and a monitoring database, in a SaaS contact center service.SOLUTION: A computer system including a computer and a network device, holds a monitoring database, and a management database, and comprises a monitoring agent, a monitoring manager, a monitoring database control unit, and a management database control unit. When detecting a change of a device configuration of a user system, the monitoring agent generates notification information to transmit the information to the monitoring manager. The monitoring manager transmits detailed information which includes the detailed change content of the device configuration to the management database control unit. The monitoring database control unit updates the monitoring database on the basis of the change content of the device configuration included in the notification information. The management database control unit updates the management database on the basis of the detailed change content of the device configuration included in the detailed information.</p> |
