摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission gearbox and an alternator cooperative control device capable of preventing erroneous learning at a time of initial learning in a learning process on an engagement torque of a clutch or the like, and preventing degradation in travel feeling resulting from a deviation between an actual value and a calculated value of the engagement torque during shift transmission.SOLUTION: A transmission gearbox ECU (22) controls an alternator ECU (24) to limit a power generation amount of an alternator to a maximum restricted amount in an initial setting mode (before t1), to limit the power generation amount to a first restricted amount (20%) in a start/creep travel mode (t1 to t2) and a transmission mode (t3 to t4, t5 to t6, t7 to t8, and t9 to t10), to limit the power generation amount to a second restricted amount (100%) in a normal travel mode (t2 to t3, t4 to t5, t6 to t7, and t8 to t9). For switching of the restricted amount, a lamp process is appropriately performed depending on a magnitude relation among an actual power generation amount, a target power generation amount restricted value, and a power generation amount restricted value at timing of switching.</p>
