A method, apparatus and system for feeding back early stop decoding are disclosed in the present invention, the method including the following steps: a terminal side adjusts an encoded Transport Format Combination Indicator (TFCI) bit, and sends, via the TFCI domain of an uplink Dedicated Physical Control CHannel (DPCCH), to a Node Base station (NodeB) side the adjusted TFCI bit (S302); once having sent the adjusted TFIC bit to the NodeB side, the terminal side performs decoding operations on a downlink Dedicated Physical Data CHannel (DPDCH), and feeds back, via an idle TFCI domain of the uplink DPCCH, the decoding result to the NodeB side (304). By applying the present invention, the problems in the prior art that the NodeB cannot obtain the TFCI in time and the terminal side cannot feed back the downlink decoding result in time during early stop decoding are solved, and therefore without adding new code channels, the TFCI domain of DPCCH is fully used, and the transmitting power of terminals is saved, and meanwhile, the times for the terminals and the NodeB for trying early stop decoding are decreased, thus the decoding resources are saved. |
