<p>A fluororesin sheet which contains a hot-melt fluororesin as a matrix, has a filler content of 7 vol% or more, a thickness of 300μm or less and a heat conductivity of 1.5 W/m·K or more, and can be used as a heat-conductive, heat-resistant, insulating and conductive member for a conductive product having high heat resistance and heat conductivity and capable of being bent as desired from 90º to 180º or can be used for fixing a target for the production of a thin film by sputtering. The fluororesin sheet can be produced by shaping a liquid composition, which is prepared by dispersing or immersing a filler or a reinforcing material in a starting raw material that is a dispersion solution of a hot-melt fluororesin material, into a sheet, then drying the fluororesin material, then heating the fluororesin material to a temperature equal to or higher than the melting temperature of the fluororesin material, and then carrying out the pressure molding of the fluororesin material in the sheet thickness direction.</p> |
