<p>Provided are a communication processing method and device, and a terminal. The method comprises: receiving a communication request comprising a called user identifier, sent from a calling user; according to the called user identifier, searching for all the terminals corresponding to the called user identifier, with all the terminals comprising a terminal which has been logged in using the called user identifier and is not logged in currently; and sending the communication request to all the communicable terminals among all the terminals. In the embodiments of the present invention, after having received a communication request sent from a calling user, an application server can send the communication request to all the communicable terminals. Therefore, a terminal which has been logged in before but is not logged in currently can also receive the communication request sent from the calling user, optimizing the user experience.</p> |
