The determining arrangement (10) has a pressure-temperature sensor (12) that is arranged in an isolatable portion (38) of a fuel line (26). The isolatable portion is shut off for limiting a volume of fuel. The pressure-temperature sensor is arranged to determine the vaporization of fuel based on a pressure and a temperature of the fuel in the volume, in a locked state of the isolatable portion. The sensor is provided to determine a composition such as ethanol content and/or water content in the fuel based on the vaporization of fuel.
