The system (1) has a first container (2) operated under vacuum. A conduit (4) is located between two chambers (3) within the first container. A second container (5) is operated at atmospheric pressure. A filter (8) is located in a separation vessel (7). An air blower (13) removes air. An accelerator (15) is provided with a router (16). Steam of a primary cooling medium (SS) and a secondary cooling medium (YS) is absorbed. Air ducts (12) are injected at inlet ports of the air blower. Cooled media are transferred into the chambers of the second container under atmospheric pressure.
