The mounting structure has two battery cells (2) which are provided with a cell housing (3). The cell housing is partially formed of a deformable composite material to form a rigid wall (5). The rigid wall partially surrounds the arrangement of the battery cells and is extended over the portion of the height of the battery cells. The rigid wall is connected rigidly to a bottom plate (10) made of thermally conductive material, which is arranged on the side of the battery cells. The rigid wall surrounds the edge of bottom plate to form enclosure to battery cell. An independent claim is included for accumulator module.
