The present invention provides a communication system for confirming a rear-ender and a sudden unintended acceleration (SUA) state of a vehicle. The communication system includes: a brake pedal for braking a vehicle; a brake lamp for outputting, as a brake lighting signal, a brake state of the vehicle according to the operation of the brake pedal; a shock detection unit for detecting impact on the vehicle according to the SUA of the vehicle; a first control unit for receiving the detected impact signal of the vehicle, receiving, from the brake pedal, a brake pedal control signal according to the operation of the brake pedal, and transmitting, to the brake lamp, a brake lighting signal command corresponding to the brake pedal control signal; a vehicle camera for photographing the current circumstances from the impact start time of the vehicle to the impact end time thereof before the brake lighting signal is generated, under the control of the first control unit, when the first control unit outputs the impact signal of the vehicle; and a vehicle black box which includes a storage unit for storing the photographed current circumstances, a second control unit for transmitting a storage command to the storage unit such that the storage unit stores the photographed current circumstances and determining whether the brake lighting signal is operated under the control of the first control unit, and a display unit for performing at least one of an operation to display video data corresponding to the stored current circumstances and an operation to display whether the brake lighting signal is operated, under the control of the second control unit. |
