PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition capable of giving a cured film which is capable of maintaining high transparency while maintaining high sensitivity and has high rectangularity at its end after thermosetting, high adhesion to a substrate, and excellent panel reliability.SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition contains (A) a polymer component which has a constituent unit having a crosslinkable group, (C) a blocked isocyanate silane compound, and (D) a solvent. The crosslinkable group is at least one selected from an epoxy group, an oxetanyl group, and -NH-CH-OR (R is a C1-C20 alkyl group).
