PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing system capable of reducing wasteful power consumption in no-load running in a primary crusher and its operation method.SOLUTION: A crushing system 1 includes a crusher 2 charged intermittently with a raw material and crushing the charged raw material, a crusher motor 3 driving the crusher 2 so as to generate a crushing force for the raw material, a motor control portion 9 controlling the crusher motor 3, unloaded state detectors 12 and 14 detecting an unloaded state of the crusher 2 and a system controller 6 having a function of controlling the motor control portion 9 on the basis of detection signals from the unloaded state detectors 12 and 14. |
