PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of securely releasing an ink pattern on an intermediate transfer medium by a release layer and stably transferring on a transfer target body, in an indirect heat transfer-type printer using a thin film as the intermediate transfer medium.SOLUTION: An ink pattern transfer method includes a step of applying ultrasonic vibration 21 to a transfer target body 10, when a transfer film 9 having on a release layer 17 a transfer-subject ink pattern 18 is made contact with the transfer target body 10 being a transfer-object of the ink pattern 18 under a thermal pressure, and thereafter is separated at the release layer 17 to peel off. |
