PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element which is driven at a low voltage and exhibits high efficiency, and to provide an electronic device including the organic electroluminescent element.SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent element includes an anode, a cathode provided facing the anode, and an organic layer provided between the anode and the cathode. The organic layer has a light emitting layer, and a first electron transport layer and a second electron transport layer which are provided on the cathode side of the light emitting layer. The first electron transport layer contains a compound represented by general formula (1), and the second electron transport layer contains a compound represented by general formula (2). |
