<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel HIL (hole injection layer) material for OLED (organic light-emitting diode) applications, in particular, a non-aqueous HIL composition.SOLUTION: A composition is provided, which comprises a P-dopant and a polymer comprising at least one unit selected from structural formula I. In the formula, M represents Fe, Co or Ni; Rto Rare each selected from H, D, halogen, and substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, aryl, cycloalkyl, 5- to 7-membered heterocycloalkyl, silyl, cyano, nitro, and hydroxy; n is equal to or larger than 1; x is from 0 to 4; and y is from 0 to 5. The above polymer is useful in the preparation of films or electronic devices such as an organic light-emitting diode (OLED), regardless of the presence or absence of a dopant.</p> |
